Accounts Administrator Job in London, London UK

Our client, a leading player in the television industry are looking for an accounts administrator to join their growing team. The position, sat between the accounting and office functions will provide close support to both teams as well as provide support to the production and television staff.

On a day to day basis, your key duties will include:

Maintaining both Purchase and Sales Ledger functions

Bank reconciliations of all corporate accounts

Processing staff/company wide expenses and petty cash

Office Administration duties

Providing support to production teams and individuals

Filing and postal duties

Ad hoc projects and tasks depending on productions and programs

Preparing BA CS list for quarterly Royalty Distribution

Chasing outstanding trade debtors and prepare schedules for fortnightly meetings

Ad hoc finance administrative duties as requested by the Finance Team

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months experience of working within a finance or office environment and have a passion for all things entertainment! You will be experienced in performing basic accounting duties and have strong organisational and administrative skills. Good Excel skills are a must along with a positive and can do attitude.
