Accounts Analyst
New Job- Accounts Analyst- Immediate- Temporary to ongoing- Polish speaking
Hays is delighted to be working with a Northern Ireland top 100 organisation in helping them to find an immediately available Polish speaking Accounts Analyst to join them on a temporary to ongoing basis.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a demanding and growing environment.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Complete investigation and analysis of all queries. Chase business in the event of outstanding grief, and gain their support to aid in resolution. Handle inbound / outbound calls. Clear invoices, redirect grief, handle credit/debit queries and reversals. Investigate complicated account issues and explain clearly to the requestor the root of the problem, as well as next steps. Provide advice and support to requestor throughout the resolution of the issue. Provide requestor with updates every two days, escalating each time until resolution. Adherence to email processing and escalation targets. Contributing to overall improvement of the customer service.
The successful candidate should be fluent in polish and desirably other language skills also. They should also have a minimum of 4 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent, including English and or equivalent. The successful candidate should also have proven experience of working with Finance processes in particular Procure to Pay and customer relations experience.
