Job Description

Reporting into the Administration Manager you will be responsible for a range of duties including, but not limited to;

  • Accounts payable matching, batching and coding
  • Accounts receivable invoicing, allocations and receipting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll processing
  • Inbound calls
  • Ad hoc administration work

The Successful Applicant

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able work to strict deadlines, you will also have significant experience in a full function accounts role and in a payroll processing capacity. Candidates with strong MS Excel skills and exposure to different accounting systems are particularly encouraged to apply.
