Accounts Assistant

A firm based near Luton Airport are currently looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant.

POSITION INCLUDES

Daily input of Sales Invoices and related administration;
Production of customer statements, monthly;

Preparation of regular reports in Microsoft Excel;

Acting as a point of contact for customers and the corporate credit department;

General administration duties.

EXPERIENCE

PC Literacy is essential with a good level of knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel

Fast and accurate data input required

Must be able to liaise with customers in a helpful and friendly manner

Well organised team player, able to cope with multiple tasks and possess excellent administration skills
