Accounts Assistant Job in Dublin, Dublin Ireland
Our client is based in Santry and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to operate functions up to trial balance stage.
This is a temporary role with a view to a permanent position. Salary is €28k to €33k depending on experience.
THE ROLE :
- Post suppliers invoices in the AP system
- Reconciliations
- Liase with suppliers
- Maintain cash books and reconcile
- Calculate accruals and prepayments
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Prepare statistics for Intrastat reports
- Assist FC
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Available for immediate start.
- 2- 4 years experience in a similar role
- Experience of Oracle is essential
- A accounting technician qualification would be an advantage
