Accounts Assistant – Part

Due to increased workload this newly created position has arisen to work for a fantastic organisation based in Sheffield. They are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work on a part-time basis (flexible) 24 - 28 hours per week.

You must have experience of Sage Line 50 and have substantial accounts knowledge.
The company offer free on-site car parking and a brilliant working environment. 

Duties will include; 

Create sales invoices and allocate receipts
Oversee manual sales orders and purchase orders
Ensure accurate and timely transactions on the purchase ledger, including processing supplier payments in accordance with agreed procedures
Credit control - chasing payment over the telephone and via letter/email
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Process and calculate payroll
Provide financial support to the Director as required
