Accounts Assistant (Part-time)
A Financial Services firm based in the City requires a part time Accounts Asssistant to assist the team of 2, reporting into the Group Financial Controller.
Duties will involve:
- Processing purchase invoices on SAGE
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Checking employee expenses
- Payment of payroll and posting on SAGE
- Monthly bank recs
- Filing of invoices
- Cash flow forecasting
- Purchase Sales ledger
