Accounts Assistant Property

Our Client, formed in 2002 based in Rochdale have appointed Hays Specialist Recruitment to recruit for an accounts assistant to sit within their finance department.

Rapid and consistent growth over the past decade has secured a bright future for the firm whom, having now built up a substantial protfolio of properties throughout the country, are looking for an experienced accounting professional to take the reigns over the procedures and systems to ensure a clear and precise accounting department. 

As the lone assistant dealing with the portfolio it shall be your responsibility to create, maintain and develop the systematic and procedural process for the business in order to track, chase and create accounts within rentals, new builds and new business ventures.
 
In order to be considered for this role you shall have experience dealing with the accounting process within property, rent and rate experience and also experience with the accounting process and procedures behind commercial property portfolio and managing the accounts behind all of the above. 

Looking to introduce SageL50 you shall also have experience with this software and effective use of Excel for reporting purposes.

This is an exciting and developing role. Our Client are looking for a long term recruit whom remains ahead of their game and has sound accounting knowledge.
