Reporting directly into the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Assistant's duties will include but may not be limited to the following:

Purchase ledger - processing invoices, checking and updating prices, approving invoices
Monthly payment runs
Handling freight import VAT and duties
Any other duties as requested

Skills required:
· Proficient in Excel preferably with experience of VLookups.
· Experience of working in an accounts department.
· Willing to be flexible and with a can do attitude a team player.
