Accounts Clerk/Receptionist

An opportunity has arisen to work for a establish company based in the Basildon area.
The role is diverse and will require full time cover of the switchboard and reception as well as Account Clerk duties. 
Reception duties include answering incoming calls, managing post,distributing faxes, overspill cover for typing, greeting, signing-in and directing visitors to relevant departments/personnel
Accounts Clerk Duties will include Input of purchase invoices and Input of employee time sheets and general account work. 
The applicant must be numerate and have good written and verbal communication skills as well as a good basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience of a computerised accounts package.
