Accounts & Finance Assistant

My established based in North Yorkshire are a highly successful manufacturing business and they are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts person to join them on a 1 year fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.  This is a full time position working out of offices in the Whitby area.

The key responsibilities will be to manage the sales ledger and credit control functions, sales invoicing and reporting, cash book and bank reconciliations.  You would also assist in the preparation of Management information, do weekly sales reporting and any other ad-hoc reporting and accounting duties.

To be suitable for the role it is essential you have previous experience in an accounts environment. You should be enthusiastic and self motivated and able to prioritise a busy workload.
