Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper
This newly established business based in Blackburn has rapidly grown over the last year and as such are looking to recruit a commercial accounts manager that can take full responsibility of their accounts to trial balance liaising with their external accountants on a monthly basis. This job would be an exciting change for an experienced bookkeeper that is looking for a new challenge in a growing business.
Being the sole person in finance this is an extremely important job for the business, and you must be able to demonstrate a good track record of managing a set off accounts through to trial balance, working to deadlines in a demanding organisation. Duties of this role will include the administration of the invoice processing including the purchase and sales, reconciling the bank accounts, VAT returns and payroll if this is part of your skill set.
SAGE 50 experience is essential and your application will not be considered if you have not worked on this system.
Relevant qualifications within finance are desired, such as the AAT.
