The Client
My client is a leading medical practice who are experiencing exciting growth and seeking a highly experienced Office / Accounts Manager with a solid background in the Medical industry to join the team.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Office and Accounts functions. You will control the general accounts/finance function - billings, invoicing, accounts payable etc, along with - managing a busy reception area, ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times, coordination of administrative services for the medical practitioners, ensure complaints are responded to and handled in the correct manner and constantly looking to implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiencies.

Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you must have a number of years experience in a similar role within the medical industry with a strong focus on accounts/finance. Billings experience within the health industry and a knowledge of health funds is highly desired. You will have excellent communication skills, an engaging and approachable personality and enjoy working in varied environment within a growing business.

On offer is a salary up to $85,000 plus superannuation, dependant on experience and qualifications. You will also be joining a growing business with a strong mentor as a manager.
