Responsible for management accounts
Payroll / HMRC issues
CIS returns
Supplier and Subcontractor payments
Producing financial reports for the MD
Sales Invoicing
Working with out of house accountants
Bank reconciliations, timesheet-collation for payroll
Credit control
Office
Responsible for Holiday allocation
IT support (if possible)
Advertising
General PA to MD’s
Mobile phones support
General support to office staff
