Job Description
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will efficiently and effectively carry out all facets of accounts and branch administrative functions, specific duties include;
- Accounts Receivable, maintaining age trial balance to acceptable days aging
- Collections calls
- Reconcile customer accounts as required
- Maintain accounts payable, processing invoices, dispatching to head office and providing resolution any queries
- Receipting of customer payments
- Maintain service contract invoice system
- Assist with end of month general ledger analysis and financial analysis as required
The Successful Applicant
You will be a professional, experienced Accounts Officer and be comfortable with both the technical aspects of the role as well as demonstrating a genuine 'team player' attitude and be willing to help out in the broader office answering calls and covering reception when required. Additionally you will be a natural communicator with good interpersonal skills and will possess strong MS Excel skill set including the ability to work through complex spreadsheets and reconciliations with ease. You must also work in a methodical manner, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to strict deadlines.
