Currently my client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Officer with outstanding communication skills to join their team. You will be working as part of a small team working on Generalist Accounts activities as required. Some of the things you may look after could include:
- Ledgers
- Journals
- Payroll
- Tax
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Reports
- Forecasting
- Bookkeeping
This exciting and innovative role requires the successful applicant to:
- Receive all incoming invoices process with accuracy
- Process, collate reconcile invoices purchase orders
- Maintain weekly monthly payment schedules
- Extensive client liaison – dealing with suppliers in relation to invoices quickly efficiently
- Reconciliation of journals monthly reports
- Weekly document control, filing archiving of invoices
- Process Tax in accordance to legislative requirements
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 2+ years Generalist Accounts experience
- 2+ years experience using MYOB
- CPA accredited
- Effective and accurate financial admin experience
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate – advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication skills excellent telephone manner
- A willing and pro-active attitude able to work well under pressure
