This leading accounting firm in Northern California provides tax and estate planning, charitable gift planning, family office and consulting services to high net worth individuals and families. The firm specializes in tax, assurance and consulting services for private companies, real estate clients and non-profits.

The Family Office group provides wealth management services to high net worth individuals and family clients. The services provided range from cash management and bill payment to advising on complex inter-generational wealth strategies. The A/P Clerk will be an integral part of the Family Office group providing diversified administrative and day-to-day financial support to the Family Office Management Team in the service of our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a broad accounting background; strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and professional demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to handle and respond to multiple client and department demands; thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment; is a team player but able to work independently.

Necessary Characteristics:

- 2 years Accounts Payable experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge in programs Quickbooks, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be highly detail-attentive and a problem-solver, for this position demands it.
- Adhere to the highest level of confidentiality
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work within the United States.
