A global alternative energy company with offices in
Responsibilities:
-Collect and distribute mail
-Accrue and pay AP Trade invoices
-Accrue, maintain, and pay Consultant invoices
-Respond to Consultant payment inquiries
-Maintain and track Certificates of Liability Insurance
-Enter Journal Entry Uploads
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years experience in an dedicated AP capacity required
-Ability to clearly and accurately communicate with Technical and Managerial Staff
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and month-end deadlines
-Must possess strong Accounts Payable knowledge to function independently and collaboratively with co-workers
-Must be proficient with MS Excel and Word
-Navision Software experience a plus
