Accounts Payable Clerk (Retail)

My client is a top retailer looking for a bright and dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to fit into their finance team.

This role will involve the following duties-

Receive, match and code accounts payable invoices (150 per day).
Creating and posting manual invoices.
Dealing with day to day queries from suppliers and company employees in an organised and timely manner.
Monthly processing of staff expenses.
Preparing and processing BACS payments in accordance with company payment terms.
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Maintaining an accurate filing system.
Ad-hoc duties / projects as required.

Must be competent on Excel and have experience working with SAP systems. It is key to have strong communication skills and a motivation to excel in all tasks.

This role is ideally to start ASAP and would suit candidates who have previously worked within the retail industry.
