Accounts Payable Clerk
This is your opportunity to expand your experience within accounts payable by joining two other A/P Clerks working within the Corporate Finance Department of DM Holdings, a respected and growing global company. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll proactively take ownership of the entire AP cycle for Canada and a number of our brands. This includes matching and batching POs and vendor invoices and entering applicable data into our JDE system, ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices. Far from just processing payables, you will be an important team member with a valued voice. For example, we'll also look to you to suggest innovative ideas to improve processes and manage costs.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
- A high School diploma or the equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of relevant accounts payable experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Inventory experience is highly desirable.
- A customer service approach to interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exposure to computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards experience would be a strong plus.
