Accounts Payable Controller
One of the worlds leading broadcast and multimedia organisations based in central London are looking to employ a highly articulate and numerate accounts payable controller to work in a unique role in their large Finance team. Producing some of the most current news and factual content for a global audience, the company are in need of this person to join their team on a 12 month contract.
Initial duties will include:
High volume processing of payable invoices
Registration of freelance workers and managing on accounting system
Produce weekly cost sheets for freelance workers
Processing staff expenses
Ensuring the authorisation and payment of time accrued
Analysis of freelance costs in preparation of management accounts
Liaising with Finance Manager and HR department
Assisting with main payroll team
Essential prerequisites:
Must have at least 2 years experience in an accounts payable role
Must possess a high level of organisation and attention to detail
Proven experience of using Excel to a high level (vlookups and pivot tables)
Be available to start before 23/08/2013
