Accounts Payable Coordinator Job in Anaheim 92806, California Us
RGS Services is an Anaheim Landscape and Arbor Company seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who has industry and job costing experience. We are a mid-sized company who has been in business for close to 30 years.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with Management and Operations teams to assure timely processing of company expenses.
- Process all Vendor invoices and communicate with vendors as necessary.
- Audit invoice backup and coding to assure proper allocation of costs.
- Process, match and file checks in weekly check run.
- Job cost all direct cost expenses and audit job information for accurate allocation of costs.
- Timberline software knowledge a plus. Currently using PO, AP, SM and JC modules to process payables and complete job costing.
- Intermediate Excel skills needed.
Candidate must demonstrate initiative, must be detailed oriented, a self starter and able to communicate effectively with managers, peers and vendors.
