Accounts Payable Coordinator

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Responsible for submitting, entering, and processing timely payment on all Vendor invoices as well as maintaining fixed assets in our fixed assets module.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coding invoices and invoice distribution to appropriate party for approval
Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
Process purchase requisitions
Update and maintain invoice filing system
Manage vendor information
Process yearly 1099s
Payables month-end analysis
Ad hoc requests and projects as necessary
Fixed Asset addition into fixed asset module
Run depreciation monthly on all fixed assets

Advanced Excel Skills

Detail Oriented

Exceptionally Organized

Energetic

QuickBooks experience required
Great Plains experience preferred
General Ledger Analysis experience preferred
