My client, a global digital agency, is looking to hire a Japanese speaking / writing Accounts Payable executive to join their fast paced growing team.
The business is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an Accounts Payable clerk, preferably within the media industry. The position will consist of supporting the accounts payable team in managing cash flow and will involve entering and coding invoices, assisting with payment runs, bank reconciliation's and ledger reconciliation's.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese with strong numerical and communication skills. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with internal and external parties. Candidates should be highly proficient with Excel and an accountancy package such as SAP.
