Our client, an iconic Australian company, is currently looking for Accounts Payable Stars with high volume experience to join their AP team. Reporting to the AP Supervisor and working within a busy team, you will be responsible for supporting the end to end Accounts Payable function. Specifically your duties will include:
- Accurate processing of all invoices
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Reconciliation of statements
- Follow up of supplier queries with a strong customer service approach
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a full function Accounts Payable role
- An easy going nature and the ability to work within a co-operative team
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
