Responsibilities include:
- Coding, matching and processing invoices
- Auditing and processing expense reports
- Processing 1099s
- Overseeing A/P side of general ledger
- Working closely with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Reconciling accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 year of recent A/P experience
- Solid computer skills--Excel experience and accounting software such as Great Plains, SAP, PeopleSoft, MIP, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
