Accounts Payable Position Available Immediately - Great
Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position provides the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a friendly team and growing company.
This position provides overall support for Accounts Payable. Duties include:
- Processing invoices, using SAP Business 1
- Matching purchase orders, Code and Enter properly G/L Accounts
- Assist with check runs, wire transfers, and month-end close
- Vendor interaction and vendor statement reconciliation
The ideal candidate will possess:
- B.A. in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3+ years experience in corporate accounting/accounts payable
- SAP Business 1 Software is highly preferred
