Accounts Payable Manager
Well-established Advertising Agency is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager to manage a team of 4. This is a great opportunity for media specific candidates who have previously managed an AP team with an excellent mentoring and team building skills. We are focused on developing our staff, appraisal experience would be vital!
The Role:
• Management of four direct reports
• Recruitment of new AP team members
• Reallocation of work at busy times/during holidays
• Weekly BACS runs for two agencies
• Daily CHAPS and foreign currency payments
• Point of contact for escalated issues
• Setting up new suppliers across the group
• Main contact for key suppliers
• Primary responsibility for all agency processing
• Processing of corporate credit card expenses
• Carbon Footprint analysis reporting into HFM
• Processing of all Artist fee invoices and payment of Artist PAYE NIC
• SBOX for AP
• Assistance with Audit queries
• Enhancing existing processes
The Person:
• Ideally two years experience of managing an AP team
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Attention to detail
• Good under pressure
• Deadline driven
