Candidate will be utilizing Microsoft Office as well as internal automotive software to perform general office duties. Incumbent will need to have accounts payable experience and be extremely detail oriented. It is preferred that candidate also has experience working in an automotive dealership as they will be performing dealer specific tasks such as dealer stock control and vehicle trade worksheets. Desired Experience · 2-5 years automotive dealership experience. · 2-5 years accounts payable experience. · Microsoft Office Suite · 2-5 years general clerical duties. · Flexibility to work a rare Saturday as back-up receptionist.
