Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional service within the property and construction space. Situated on the Lower North Shore, our client is experiencing a rapid period of growth and are now looking to further expand their accounts team with an experienced Accounts Payable Officer.
Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller your duties will entail but will not be limited to:-
- Performing full function accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Processing a high volume of invoices daily
- Managing multiple ledger accounts
- Matching, batching and coding
- Allocation of payments
- End of month reporting
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in both accounts payable and accounts receivable roles ideally within a high volume environment. You must have previous exposure to the MYOB software. You must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferably using macros. You must be able to provide your own transport to perform your duties within this role. Strong communication skills is essential in order to succeed in this position.
