Our client is a successful prestigious architectural and interior design firm with offices on the city fringe in Southbank. They have an enviable client base and provide a range of solutions on both a national and international scale.
To assist with the efficient running of their accounts department, we are currently looking for an experienced and proficient Accounts Payable professional who enjoys variety and is also highly customer focused.
Providing accounts payable services to both internal staff as well as partner companies, you will be responsible for:
- Coding invoices
- Managing a high volume of bank reconciliations
- Processing payments
- Reconciling accounts
- Other general accounts payable duties as required
This position will suit someone who is dedicated to providing efficient accounts payable services and has strong phone based communication skills. As this position will be providing services across a range of departments and other business partners, it is essential that you have a strong customer focus and a high level of accuracy.
A minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience is required along with very strong verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
