Accounts Payable Representative – Russian/German recruitment
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Representative to join the high volume, Accounts Payable team.
This team maintains Bought Ledger for the whole of Europe, Middle East and Africa region. In this role you will be responsible for a designated portfolio of countries for which all aspects of invoice processing must be completed. Attention to detail is imperative to ensure invoices are allocated to correct coding against relevant purchase orders and routed through the appropriate approval structure.
The successful individual will ideally have an Accounts Payable background, as well as performing payment runs within SAP. You will also have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
Requirements
-Bachelors Degree in Accounting or relevant work experience
-Previous work experience with Accounts Payable
-Fluency in English and Russian OR German essential
-Knowledge of Purchase Orders system within SAP
-General Ledger Coding knowledge
-Invoice processing knowledge
-Knowledge of basic financial and accounting terminology
-Accounts payable banking software knowledge in order to complete payment on invoices
-Fully proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable requirements
-Experience of using an internal ticketing system
-International Accounts Payable experience
-SAP Experience
