Currently searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a direct hire opportunity!!

 

Company is located in Costa Mesa and is in the technology industry. This position is full time and paying $45K/yr. Position is stable and the company does not have a lot of turn over.

 

Requirements:

3-5(+) years of experience in A/P

Processing invoices - high volume

matching and coding

detail oriented

manual check runs (weekly)

Reporting directly to the Controller

Likes to work independently

Bank Deposits

Fixed Assets is a plus

Excellent communication skills

MAS 90/200 is a plus
