Client in Downtown Dallas looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in their accounting department. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity working for a great organization. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices and check requests. This person will also be ensuring the proper approvals are obtained for invoices, accurately input approved invoices in A/P system, reconcile vendor statements, 3 ways matching, data entry, filing, researching and special projects assigned by management.
