A/P Specialist Primary Duties:
- Prepare invoice packages to submit to Corporate accounts payable team.
- Peform 3-way matching with inventory invoices and process invoices through the Visual ERP system.
- Review vendor statements and work with vendor to resolve issues.
- Learn chart of accounts and organization structure and be able to provide guidance with invoice coding to buyers.
- Work with operating groups to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper customer service is delivered to internal and external customers.
- Perform filing duties and other administrative functions as needed
Other duties as assigned
- Associate's degree and two years of related work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Government accounting preferred.
- Deltek/Costpoint experience preferred
- Visual experience preferred
