Accounts Payable with languages recruitment
The successful candidate for this role must be able to speak a minimum of three languages from English, Spanish, Italian, German and French.
Responsibilities;
- Daily preparation processing of invoices
- Daily scanning of invoices expense receipts
- Daily Service helpdesk for Internal External department calls
- Daily clear down of all Ariba indexing query items
- Daily call back items to verify vendor bank accounts
Requirements;
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to handle pressure situations
- Methodical approach to daily processing invoices ensuring department procedures are followed
