Accounts Payable/Reception Clerk – Inner Northern Suburbs

About our Client

Based in Fairfield, our client is a privately owned organisation currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator who can also be the face of the business by being the receptionist as well as managing the end-to-end payables process.

Job Description

The role will involve all facets of accounts payable including: medium volume invoice processing, ledger reconciliations, checking expense claims and dealing with supplier queries. There is a need for someone with the ability to perform the reception duties as well, as you will be required to be the face of the business/office by being the first point of call for all customers.

The Successful Applicant

You will have previous experience in a full function Accounts Payable position. Importantly, you will be a self-starter who uses initiative and possesses the ability to pick systems up quickly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge and is a team player. Furthermore, this is a pivotal role within the finance team as you will be the first point of call for all the company's customers and it is therefore essential to have excellent presentation and communication skills.
