Urgently seeking an immediately available Accounts Receivable Administrator with solid account receivable knowledge
- Responsible for generating all Sales invoices for the Global Company across Services, Licenses Expenses. Volume ranging from 90-110 invoices each month.
- Reviewing of commercial agreements to ensure invoicing is done in line with the contracts
- Completion of Cash flow forecasting based on project billing milestones on a monthly basis
- Updating of project milestones in the AR system
- Logging of all paperwork values received during the month
- Various Month end tasks include ensuring all invoices are posted correctly to the General Ledger
- Debt Collection – Working with the accounts assistant to follow up on payments making sure all invoices are paid within payment terms.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation’s
- Support the Commercial Accountants on the day to day activities of the business.
Skills Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an accounts receivable role
- Excellent interpersonal skills the ability to communicate effectively with clients employees at all levels
- Ability to multi task, manage conflicting deadlines work unsupervised
- Excellent organisational skills attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word Excel
