Job Description
Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is seeking an AR Billing Associate to join the AR team in San Francisco. This associate is primarily responsible for preparing accurate invoices for clients in a timely manner, and submitting invoices to client’s internal or third party web-based Accounts Payable programs as required. The associate will work closely with Sales, Editorial and other Account Receivable associates in a professional and team-oriented environment.
Job Requirements
Excellent written/verbal communication skills; intermediate level of computer literacy; basic math calculations; working knowledge in MS Word and Excel are required. Must be detail and numbers oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Must have excellent data entry skills. Must have sound judgment, commitment to follow through, and a high sense of urgency. Must work effectively with a variety of people. Strongly preferred: 2+ years experience in a professional AR operations environment in a company with sales in excess of 100MM, and familiarity with Oracle Financials.
