They're seeking a Collections Analyst who will make an immediate impact on the company's bottom line before the end of the year. It's a high volume Accounts Receivable environment, so you'll leverage your strong communication skills, friendly-but-firm attitude, and creative problem solving skills as you call on some of the biggest technology companies around to collect.

Compensation: $50 - 60K
What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting customers to secure payments for outstanding balances.
- Maintaining customer relationships with some of the largest and best-known companies in the world.
- Handling a high volume of accounts.
- Collaborating daily with management to implement policy improvement initiatives.
- Problem solving, improving systems, and contributing to the success of the team.

About You
- You have 3+ years billing experience.
- You have high velocity and the flexibility to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- You're intuitive and diplomatic - you're able to maintain a positive rapport with clients while tackling delicate billing issues.
- You have experience in high volume, low dollar A/R.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You're organized and meticulous in your reporting.
