Accounts Receivable Officer recruitment
We are a large and progressive property business for whom marketing and its $$ recoverables are critical. As such we are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a permanent and pivotal full time role within our finance team.
Joining our team, you will be responsible for processing and reporting on receivables for 9 Real Estate Offices. This will include
- Receipting merchant transactions, cheques, and direct payments, online, and in MYOB
- Refunding credits to customers
- Attending to bank and receivables reconciliations
- Reporting on aged debtors
- Assistance with preparation of monthly PL
- Ensuring rate cards and campaign booking system are aligned
- Confirming correct payment of rebates by suppliers
- Liaising with supply chain on rate variances
- Liaising with agents on outstanding client balances
- Liaising and trouble shooting on workflow issues and compliance
