Accounts Receivable Poster Needed in King of Prussia!!
Randstad has a temporary to hire opportunity with a company in the healthcare industry located in King of Prussia, PA.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post in-network cash receipts
- Post daily batches of checks
- Follow guidelines for rebilling or adjusting balances
- Classify checks that cannot be posted
- Reconcile each batch utilizing the Cash Receipt Control Sheet and summarize unpostable items
- Forward completed batches and all related documents to Bookkeeper
- Maintain files of all open payment documentation received from payers
- Maintain all OCR auto posted batches and logs
- Providing additional support to Finance Department as needed
Working hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have data entry and cash posting experience
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Must be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
