- Research "chargebacks" from different credit card companies.
- Process manual credits and debits to customer accounts.
- Communicate with credit card companies/customers via the 800 line.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and various departments.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for the financial close.
- Reconcile general ledger credit card reconciliation accounts.
- College degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP-based financial applications a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume work
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and thinking skills
