Job Description
Ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable position will be responsible for invoicing, daily collections, deposits, cash applications, etc. 3+ years of related accounts receivable experience for global 2000 customer base. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must. Associates Degree in Accounting or higher is preferred.

- Responsible for new customer setup, sales order processing, and invoice processing.
- Maintain high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Work closely with account executives in generating sales orders and invoices
- Work closely with account executives in assuring timely collection from Global 2000 customers
- Reconcile bill codes and accounts and oversee all project closings.
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Review monthly billings and collection issues with team members and Assist in A/R monthly closing.
- Analyze monthly reports for billing accuracy
- Meet with and assist team members with questions, resolve issues, update on new procedures.
- Contribute hands on knowledge of employee strengths and weaknesses for performance reviews.
- Ensure department’s procedures, policies and internal controls are met by team.
- Provide back up and assistance to supervisor as necessary.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
