Accounts Receivable/Administration Officer – Northern Suburbs

About our Client

Our client is a small, family owned company located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne who are renowned for the quality of their products and the high standard of service they provide to their customers.

Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be working in a small finance team of four, managing a ledger of accounts. Specifically your duties will include following up on overdue accounts, receipting payments, reconciliations and administration tasks.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will have proven debt collection experience in a small business environment and have experience in debtor reconciliations. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for success and will ensure you can built and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties. Experience using MYOB is essential.
