Accounts/Office Assistant

Our client, a successful, well-established business based in Norfolk seeks an Office/Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.The ideal candidate will have experience within an office environment and although Accounts experience is not essential, it is desirable. Please note, the working days for this role are as follows:

Wednesday Thursday - 7am to 5pm
Friday - 7am to 3pm
Saturday Sunday - 9am to 3pm

Responsibilities:

- Maintain reception duties for the business including greeting visitors and ensuring the correct paperwork is completed
- Process all Sales Orders which includes EDI from retail customers, providing the necessary paperwork for the factory
- Complete all sales invoicing through the accounting software and process EDI invoices in a timely accurate manner
- Complete all other sales related tasks to include de-hiring of trays, labels etc
- Assist in processing purchase invoices for suppliers and filing
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time

Experience Skills:

- Some experience of working in an office / accounts department would be an advantage
- Ability to use Excel and Sage would be an advantage
- Need to be accurate
- Good attention to detail
- High level of numeracy
- Excellent timekeeping
- Reliable
- Positive Attitude
- Good sense of humour
