Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Accreditation professional with managerial experience to join our Operations team based in Sydney.
Reporting to the Head of Operations – ANZ, your role will encompass recording of client data on operational systems, maintaining accurate record keeping and ensuring client details are current at all times. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members to develop their performance, initiate improvement process, motivate team members to maximise development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage, develop and mentor a small team to ensure the growth of the WUBS client base is supported professionally and with appropriate expertise
- Actively support the Sales teams in Australia and NZ through adherence to SLAs and provision ofexpert advice where required
- Monitor ASIC and Veda intelligence tools and take specific actions to ensure WUBS is protected against Client risk at all times.
- Seek and deliver process improvement, particularly relating to management information development.
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Banking Finance or other related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in similar role. Previous experience using Veda Advantage credit system and/or Online Credit Agencies is a must as is previous managerial experience. Excellent attention to detail is a must as is strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
