Acquisition Desk-Real Estate-Amsterdam
The client is a leader with developing real estate projects within specifically Eastern Europe.
Currently they are looking for a acquisition analyst that shall be based in theirAmsterdamoffice. The acquisition analyst shall directly report to the Head of Acquisitions.
The acquisition analyst shall perform financial and feasibility analysis, assist in all phases of property investment activities (both acquisitions and disposals), perform actions relating to investment underwriting, due diligence, participate in tax and financial analysis, assist with documentation and closing investment transactions, and perform research on investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Master in finance and/or property/real estate
- 2-4 years experience in real estate finance
- Experience with performing financial and feasibility analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English and an Eastern European language (such as Polish, Russian)
