Our teams consist of experienced merger-and-acquisition leaders and deal integrators dedicated to identifying, acquiring and integrating Google's products of tomorrow.
The role: Acquisition Integration Manager
The Acquisition Integration Manager in Corporate Development is an experienced professional who will be responsible for the integration of acquisitions worldwide, coordinating with each of our functional teams to ensure that short-term and long-term strategic objectives for our acquisitions are achieved. You are able to motivate and inspire large and diverse teams, manage multiple projects on a real-time basis, and identify and resolve operational and integration challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Engineering, Product and Corporate Development teams in early deal stages to develop comprehensive integration plan.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute integration plans.
- Work with Corporate Development team in continuing efforts to develop process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
- 5 years pre-merger and post-merger integration, operational, consulting or corporate development experience in the technology industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- 10 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in software, internet or media industries.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Solid team player.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional business leaders to achieve difficult objectives.
