Acquisition Logistics Support Specialist
Job Description:
Provide entry level acquisition logistics support. Assist the team with performing the ALS functions. Assist with coordinating documentation with the Net Centric Capabilities Integration Office (NCC-IO), stakeholders, and sites. Minimal documentation creation is required for this position.
This position can be a Salary Grade N75 or N85 based upon the candidates qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position
Required Skills:
Zero to five years direct experience working in the acquisition logistics/lifecycle support community. Experience in the preparation of various Acquisition Logistics Support documents, Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) support, field support, sparing, shipping, and life cycle support with experience in writing ALS documentation to detail field and life cycle support logistics requirements; Resolution of identified acquisition logistic issues and concerns. Zero to five years experience in Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) accountability procedures and documentation.
A grade/level N75 position requires a minimum of 4 years experience
A grade/level N85 position requires a minimum of 8 years experience
Qualified applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI with a poly clearance required.
Desired Education (including Major):
Candidate shall have an Associate's Degree in Computer Support Technology, Electronics Technology, Telecommunications Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Network Engineering.
